The house
Sleeps ten across three bedrooms, with a full kitchen, beach gear in the garage, and an outdoor shower for the walk back from the water. As the top-level unit, the deck looks out over the ocean and the Wildwood Ferris wheel — and on summer Friday nights, the fireworks.

How it works
Everything happens here on the site — no phone tag, no mailed checks.
Pick an open week and send a quick request from any “Start your reservation” button.
The owners review your request and, once it’s approved, email you a secure link to set up your account.
Create your passkey, sign the lease online, and pay the refundable $500 deposit — that locks in your week.
Choose how to pay the balance — in full or on a schedule — securely by bank transfer, right up to your stay.
Rent must be fully paid 60 days before check-in — up to six monthly payments on the 1st or the 15th, or all at once, or any amounts anytime. The $500 refundable deposit is separate, paid at booking.
