These terms govern your use of wildwoodvacay.com and our automated messaging program. By using the site or requesting a reservation, you agree to them.

Reservations & stays

Submitting a reservation request does not hold or guarantee a week. A stay is confirmed only when a lease is signed and the required deposit is paid. The signed lease — not this page — governs the terms of your stay, including payment schedule, house rules, and the security deposit.

Automated messaging program

If you affirmatively opt in (for example, by checking the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on the reservation form), we may send you automated email and text messages about your reservation and stay — important, transactional updates such as arrival details and door codes, payment confirmations or problems, and check-out information. It is not a marketing program.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting.
• Expect about five messages per stay (one the week before; pre-check-in details, "condo is ready," check-out instructions, and a thank-you during your week). Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time, HELP for help, or email info@wildwoodvacay.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of any message is not guaranteed; important obligations (like payment deadlines) exist independently of whether a reminder arrives.
• You're responsible for keeping the phone number and email on file current, and for telling us if a number no longer belongs to you.

Our Privacy Policy describes how program data is handled.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping of forms, no attempts to access other tenants' information, and no submitting false reservation requests.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep availability and pricing current, but listings are not offers; errors may be corrected before a lease is signed. To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the messaging program.
